CPM practitioners from over the world shared which key factors are necessary in seeing churches planted to the 4th generation and beyond. The movement has to be filled with desperate prayer, miracles and power of God, vision casting from the start, a strong focus on obedience to Christ and His Word, the use of reproducible methods and continually training leaders to plant new churches. As outsiders we need to be careful not to do much of the work. Our task is to encourage, cast vision and make a kickstart. 99% of the work needs to be done by the locals.
